At Echo Water, we stand behind the purity and quality of our hydration products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Echo Water account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
